Dr. Tiffany Green is a licensed psychotherapist and the founder of Uprooted Academy™, a supports high schools with the infrastructure needed to help students and families navigate postsecondary planning with clarity and confidence. Uprooted Academy’s AI-powered platform is grounded in neuroscience and mental health research and is designed to reduce stress, increase persistence, and expand access during the college application process.Dr. Green brings over 15 years of experience working across high schools and higher education settings, including roles in first-year college counseling and as a former adjunct professor of psychology. Her doctoral research examined how AI-driven interventions can mitigate stress during the college application process, particularly for students navigating under-resourced counseling systems.Her work sits at the intersection of mental health, education systems, and technology, with a focus on how schools can use responsible AI to complement—not replace—human advising and advance more supportive, student-centered pathways.
